Recently, Institute member Claire Steven MIH had the opportunity to attend the General Manager's Program (GMP) at Cornell University's globally recognised School of Hotel Administration in upstate New York. Claire discloses what goes on at one of the top Executive Hospitality Training programmes in an article in the Institute's recent Hospitality magazine, Issue 19.
