Hospitality Assured Awards 2010
Awards will be made as last year to the Highest Scorer Overall in 2009, Highest Scoring Newcomer 2009, and thBaxter Storeye Most Innovative Use of the Standard 2009.

Hospitality Assured- Where to now?
It seems a long time since the HA Forum was held in November but it has not been wasted time.

While the Forum in the main was concerned with the benefits of using of the standard we have been following up on the open session when clients were invited to provide feedback on how they felt that the standard might be improved.
