We've been positively bursting to announce the development of a brand new social networking community exclusively for Institute of Hospitality members, and now the wait is over as we are officially ready to launch!
Since 11 December 2009, all Institute of Hospitality members are invited to dramatically increase their business connections, find and interact with members who share similar interests and exchange and distribute news and knowledge via real-time chat tools, blogging features and forums.

Talking of shared knowledge and experiences, in this edition's Rants & Reviews feature, hotel consultant Daniel Craig has a bit of a laugh at some of the 'characters' populating our favourite hotel review sites, as he identifies the terms of phrase and evaluations to take with a pinch of salt.
