New MMA Conditioning Class Starting this Friday
 Starting this Friday, September 17th, 10th Planet Burbank is adding an MMA Conditioning Class taught by Jason Juatco. This new class will be held every Friday 5:00-6:00pm, and is open to all of our students enrolled in our Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, or Unlimited programs. Whether you're training to complete in Jiu Jitsu tournaments, Muay Thai smokers, MMA fights, or simply want to stay in shape, this class is for you!
Jason's MMA Conditioning Class is developed
to be the most effective and proven sport-specific conditioning for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Kick Boxing, Wrestling, Judo, Sambo, Vale Tudo, K1 and other martial arts. He employs cutting edge MMA and
fitness warm-ups and drills in this high paced conditioning and strength class. The class consists of such things as TRX training, plyometrics, body weight exercises, agility ladder drills, medicine and agility ball work, mma warm-ups and drills, conditioning drills, pad work, heavy bag exercise, ground and pound, striking combo exercises, shoots, sprawls... and much more. This class is designed to improve your strength, flexibility, agility, power, endurance, muscle memory, explosiveness, coordination, cardio, hand speed and footwork.
Jason Juatco is one of the first training instructors to be certified through the MMA Conditioning Association under the National Exercise and Science Training Association. Jason is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, specializing in Performance Enhancement (PES).
Come check it out, starting this Friday, 9/17 from 5:00pm-6:00pm at 10th Planet Burbank.

Erwann Marshall and Conor Heun are here!
Just a reminder that Erwan Marshall and Conor Heun are now with 10th Planet Burbank teaching Jiu Jitsu and MMA classes. (Scott Epstein is off shooting Never Back Down 2 in the fitting roll of antagonist, and is working with Eddie Bravo to choreograph the fight scenes for the movie!) We'll certainly miss Scott. We are also extremely excited to have the opportunity to have Erwann and Conor teaching. Both are amazing. Check out the clips from this months classes, which will be posted on the website soon. Better yet, make sure you don't miss out on this great opportunity, and make sure to come to class over the next few weeks!

Eddie Bravo Coming to 10th Planet Burbank
Eddie will be returning to 10th Planet Burbank in early November (after he returns from his film shoot) for a special night of instruction. It will be held during our regular Jiu Jitsu class time (at no extra cost for existing students). We'll announce the exact date soon (you may want to save the date on 11/3 and 11/10 to be safe).  |

team program coming, headed by Scott! We offer a 50% discount for
anyone currently enrolled at Headquarters or a 10th Planet
Affiliate, and have drop-in fees for non-members to train for the
day.
