THE OPENING CHALLENGE
Challenge 1 | Find a new market for unsold chocolate wrappers You, a manufacturer of chocolate wrappers, have 1 million pieces of 3'' by 3'' wrappers cut but with no customer. You need to find an alternate usage for these unsold wrappers.
Following points to be noted:
- Wrappers are of different colours and do not have any branding on it.
- You cannot make a loss, which means you have to sell these wrappers to someone who needs it and is ready to pay for it.
- You are encouraged to find alternate usage for the wrapper, so you have different types of customers.
Challenge 2 | You have a situation where you need to reduce water usage in your company You are a Chief Operating Officer of a Hotel which has 100 rooms and 50 employees. You have been given a task of reducing water consumption by 20% as part of your corporate social responsibility.
Currently the overall water consumption is 250,000 litres per day.
You need to come up with an innovative solution to reduce water usage. Following conditions should be met:

You must not create an inconvenience for the employees or the hotel guests while trying to achieve reduction in water usage.

You must not sacrifice the hygiene of the premises or people while implementing your solution.
You must not provide solution found on internet.
