The Kent District Library offers many resources and tools to help job seekers, the unemployed and those looking to expand their skill-set. Along with classes and workshops designed to help you with job searching and computer skills, KDL can direct you to useful online and print resources to help with other challenges such as foreclosure prevention, food assistance and more.
Check out the Lean on the Library section of our website for these and other great resources in these tough economic times.

Many Reasons to be Thankful...
KDL would like to extend a sincere thank you to all of the people who attended our first ever A Novel Experience event. It was a great evening as over 900 people filled the Forest Hills Fine Arts Center with Marley & Me author John Grogan, who presented "Life Lessons from Marley & Me."
All proceeds from the event's ticket sales will support KDL's literacy programs for young children. If you would like to contribute to these efforts, please visit our KDL Fund page. Thank you! |
