Prove you Own It
Taking a full inventory of everything you own is a pretty daunting task. Thus, having your home inventoried can not only save you hours of work and research, but thousands of dollars as well.
One of the most important things I've learned over the years is that your insurance coverage is only as good as your ability to keep up with claims. Accurately filing a claim is imperative when it comes down to proving that you owned the item that may have been destroyed or taken.
To prevent yourself from becoming a victim of theft or disaster, you must make sure that you're policy provides coverage for burglary, fire, and/or natural disasters. A complete account of every item, high-end or casual, in your home is essential as well. Every detail counts, from an inventory of pictures, serial numbers, receipts, brand names, and purchase information.
When it comes down to it, having "Home Inventory Experts" put your personal inventory together is worth every penny in order to prevent any loss from happening.
"Home Inventory Experts" will provide detailed reports that include items by categories and/or rooms. In addition, a complimentary report will be given to you for safe keeping.

Take a Spin in an Organized
Laundry Room...

Doing laundry for one or for an entire family produces the same challenges when it comes to space and the actual placement of the items.
Consider storing items that might be high up on a shelf in a container. It's alot easier to bring down a container filled with light bulbs, than it is to reach and grab for items that's shoved all the way in the back.
So, the key point of this is to always containerize items that may be large in number, such as light bulbs, extension cords, etc. If you are limited for space to hang clothing, try putting a fold up clothing hanger on the back of a door or wall. When not in use, just fold it out and watch the extra space appear!
This time of year mesh or plastic locker magnets are very common, especially at Wal-mart or any office supply stores. They are normally used to hold pencils or pens inside a school locker, but if you put one on the front or side of your washer or dryer, it becomes a tidy space saver. Use it as storage space to put necessary items that may be used while doing laundry, such as Sharpie markers or scissors, along with all of the loose items found in pant pockets, such as loose change....or better yet bills. |
