Linfield Corporate Center Bustles with New Activity  
4 Active Land Development Sites  
 
Located in Limerick Township, Montgomery County, PA it seems every direction you look in this Corporate Center there is new development.
 
Upon entering the development Lot 1 features the brand new Holiday Inn Express.
 
The building is pictured on the right.                                                                                                     
Yarde Metals March 2010
 
At Lot 65, pictured at the left, construction of the new Yarde Metals facility is underway. This project includes a new manufacturing facility as well as offices for a total of 106,000 sf.
 
Also under construction is the 2 building development for PhyCare. The buildings include Physician's Care Surgical Hospital, a physician joint venture with Nueterra Healthcare and a medical office building. The hospital will have 26,000 sf of space, four operating rooms,and eight overnight beds.
 
The medical office will feature 20,000 sf of space.
 
The new facilities are expected to open later this year.

Lot 59 of the Corporate Center has activity as well. This will be the future home of the Brandywine Institute of Orthopedics pending land development plan approval.

BOSS 2020 and the revitalization efforts in the Borough of Sinking Spring have garnered much attention of late with the start of construction of Spring Market. This commercial development will feature a Food Lion grocery store. 60,000 sf is available for restaurants, clothing, salon and other retail.  Berks Economic Partnership also featured the Spring Market as their FEATURED PROPERTY OF INTEREST in the Winter 2010 newsletter.
