Our hiring program is somewhat unique. Although we can test for skill level during the interview process, we don't know how a candidate will communicate with our clients. All of our employment candidates are given behavior tests administered by an outside company called Maximize. These assessments give us insight into behavioral styles, how they filter information, and how the candidates will communicate with others.
The most successful associates at Vintage IT Services have the ability to be sensitive to others, can communicate well, want to complete the job, and are creative problem solvers with high skill levels.
