eStatements
If you pay Dancercise directly for classes, you will have received your e-mail eStatement recently showing February charges. These charges will be billed to your card around January 15th. Please note that we do not offer refunds unless you notify prior to the 15th of the month. If you do not plan to continue your child's enrollment past January, please let us know before January 15th by filling out this online form to avoid having your account charged*.
* If you've told us directly, then no need to do so again, but please make sure you contact our office directly or use the online form rather than ask the instructors or childcare staff to do so.
Please note that we bill in advance, and that your eStatement will arrive about 4 weeks before the classes for which charges are shown. You have two weeks to let us know if you wish to drop, and then we will bill your card on about the 15th of the month for classes starting the next month.
Please also note that each month's charge in the detail shows the name of the unit. In this case, February's unit is Muscles, so the charge will be labeled Muscles Unit.

Greetings!
Welcome to our January Healthy Habits Unit Newsletter. Here's a chance to find out more about: Happy New Year everyone! Welcome to 2011 - here at Dancercise we wish you and your family a very healthy and prosperous year. As a business, we especially appreciate that, in these tough economic times, so many of you choose to keep your children in Dancercise Kids. We value that business and remain committed to earning and keeping your trust. Now that we're into the New Year, it's time to plan for our Annual Show (Recital) which we hold in May. Costume orders are due no later than January 31st. We really hope you'll sign up for the show - virtually every family member that attends has nothing but praise for the event - on all levels: cuteness, fun, organization and length (yes, it's short and very sweet!). And we keep the cost down to make it something you can all attend, next May (see specific flyer that comes home for details). You can find out more information and a video slide show here. For that matter you can order your costume online too! This month we are focusing on Healthy Habits. Although the holidays can be a wonderful time to see family and relax at the end of the year, it can also be a time when we "forget" some of our lessons on keeping ourselves healthy. This unit focuses on the Three Things we need to do to keep ourselves feeling right. Ask the kids, after they've had a couple of classes, what the Three Things are: Sleep, Eat Well and Exercise. The songs we use in this quarter are on our CD Pajama Jamorama, available for download from our online store. We hope you find these newsletters useful. Let us know by taking this quick, anonymous poll! On behalf of everyone here at Dancercise Kids, we appreciate your business, and we wish you all the best for 2011! Annual Show
Sometimes, "other" dance companies use the annual show or recital as a way to boost their profits by marking up everything. Not Dancercise Kids. We keep it short and sweet, and cost-effective and it really is great entertainment for a very modest investment. For many kids, this is their first time on a stage and, whether they dance or just look cute, it's a moment not to be missed. There will be tears shed and lots of applause, but it's just an hour long and everyone comments on how well organized it is. Our show is on Saturday May 21st i n Hopkins - worth the drive for that special performance. Our costumes cost just $42 if you order by January 31st, and no other special equipment or attire is required other than tights for girls which can be acquired at various dance stores and other locations. Order your costume online now while you're thinking about it - we can charge the fee to your card on file. If you have some questions, check out our Annual Show page here or e-mail us.
