Manners is the theme of our October Unit of our Communication Carnival Quarter.  We're learning about greeting people even if we're shy ("Hello, Hello"), using our best manners even if we were "Raised In A Barn", and also what can happen if we get too tired or hungry ("Princess Thundercloud").  We're also learning some safety tips from our own superhero "Safety Dave", and figuring out our left from our right in "Mrs Left and Mr Right"!

Lesson: Safety Dave reminds us there are many things you can do to keep playtime safe.

Lesson:  This little piggy was born & raised in a barn where they always use good manners.

Lesson: This little girl is sweet until she gets tired or hungry, then she's full of drama.

Lesson: We are learning our left from our right by singing Mrs. Left and Mr. Right and using black and white wrist bands to help remember. 
Fun Fact: Our instructors reverse the wristbands for themselves because kids of this age learn by repeating as if watching a mirror!

Kids are back in school and things are returning to a normal schedule.  Please remember to let us know if you are choosing not to participate in Dancercise Kids.  We require written notice (e-mail or online form acceptable).  Please don't ask our instructors or childcare center staff to tell us.
