those, 42% accepted services (47% enrolled in the One-Call program, 53%
enrolled in the Multiple-Call program).
How Heard About by County report: #1 was Health Professional at
32%, #2 was TV/Commercial at 12%, and #3 was Family/Friend
at 10%.
How Heard About by Dayreport:
The highest volume day was 8/11.
Health Plan report: Uninsured = 26%, Medicaid = 20%,
Medicare = 12%.
Adult Demographic report: 67% of Tobacco Users
were female and 96% were not pregnant.
Services report: 84% of Registered Callers requested
an Intervention; 93% of Tobacco Users requested an Intervention and 2% of those
Tobacco Users were pregnant.
