We just finished our Healthy Workplace Seminar in Wilmington, where invaluable information and experiences
were shared. We heard many inspirational stories about creating a culture of wellness in hospitals, businesses and communities. Thank you to all who attended and helped spread the word! We'll post photos and presentations soon. In the meantime, please find our

 NC Prevention Partners welcomes Mission Hospitals as the 5th Center of
Excellence
The Healthy Food team welcomes Mission Hospital as our fifth
Center of Excellence! Mission was one of the first Red Apples in the state,
and has done an outstanding job of going above and beyond to promote healthy
foods in their hospitals and in the community. They will be a resource to all
hospitals in promoting healthy foods. Congratulations, Mission!
See our latest map of red apples, and stay tuned for more. Fourteen NC hospitals have already reached the
highest Red Apple status and 36 others have obtained the Yellow Apple status
and are well on their way with their action plans.
