The highest volume day was 1/05 and the top HHA that day was TV/Commercial.
Health Plan report: Uninsured = 31%, Medicaid = 21%,
Medicare = 9%.
Adult Demographic report: 59% of Tobacco Users
were female and 92% were not pregnant.
Services report: 82% of Registered Callers requested an Intervention; 93%
of Tobacco Users requested an Intervention and 2% of those Tobacco Users were
pregnant.
