Hello QNNC! Partners,

Greetings!  The NC Hospitals Fax Referral Challenge has begun and I congratulate the hospitals below for having sent in the most fax referrals to the NC Tobacco Use Quitline last month.  The Challenge will run for one year and encourages use of the fax referral option (fax form) for connecting employees, patients, and visitors to the Quitline.  In completing the fax form, please enter the name of your hospital (see list) then the name of the clinic area.  Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!
