New Service - Free White Papers
The Melbourne Chapter in collaboration with one of its training partners, Mosaic Project Services, has arranged to publish a series of White Papers on a diverse range of project management topics. Each White Paper will briefly outline a project management topic ranging from How to Develop a PowerPoint Presentation through to Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.

A number of white papers are already on our website.  The current white paper is The Stakeholder Cycle.  The management of a project's stakeholders involves a continuous process of analysis and review; understanding the cycle helps create successful outcomes.

We are planning to bring you two new white papers each month.  You are welcome to download, use and share the information to help develop your project management knowledge base.  If you would like to see a specific topic covered in a future white paper, e-mail your requests to patw@mosaicprojects.com.au.
