Awakening Intuition
We are living in expansive times. With the daily increase in higher frequency, we find ourselves awakening to new levels of awareness.Everyone has intuitive/psychic ability to various degrees. Our psychic center is one of our senses like sight, hearing, smell and taste. It is natural to "sense" something that is intangible and is feeling oriented.From my experience of doing psychic readings, I have noticed a significant increase in psychic ability in my clients and friends. This increase is bringing remarkable awakenings in people of all ages.This surge in psychic ability can create a temporary increase in sensitivity, and an ungrounded sensation. This is due to processing more "data" than what we are used to. Imagine yourself as a container of a specific size that expands to a larger size. The new expanded container now has more capacity. Integration will take place in your new psychic "container" and your body and being will adapt and come into a more comfortable balance.This type of psychic growth is designed to benefit your life. Now the intuitive self can more fully join with the reasoning mind in a partnership of equality. A cooperative balance between thinking and intuition occurs. As psychic awareness increases, it is helpful to know some clearing and grounding techniques. When there is an overload of psychic information, the body can feel suddenly tired, drained, light-headed or confused. An affirmation like this can be helpful"

This affirmation does not judge the psychic energy as good or bad, right or wrong. It does create a boundary that says you are not willing to process all the energy through your body. Learning how to have effective boundaries is part of the growth process.Remembering to be patient with yourself and others during these changes is also helpful. While you are changing and becoming "different", people around you will be adapting to the new you. Some may distance themselves while others will come closer. You will attract to yourself the appropriate mirrors for the current you.Humanity is awakening and letting go of societal conditioning that has taught us to distrust our intuition. As you let go of your personal conditioning and allow yourself to develop flexibility and trust, a sense of freedom is activated. With this new freedom, you can explore your relationship with Humanity, Nature, Angels, Spirit Guides, Ascended Masters, Elementals and more. With this new freedom comes a better understanding of time and space, form and formlessness. The invisible, intangible world becomes more available and accessible.It is all about connectivity. Through connectivity we realize we are joined and not separate. Through connectivity we know we are ONE.Note: This article was first published in June of 2008.
