BELO "REFERENCE"
Anticipated Album Release: Spring 2008
Haitian international performer and R.F.I. award winner of 2006 "BELO" is gearing up to release his second album "REFERENCE". The album will be distributed in France and in the Caribbean by Aztek /Creon Music.
Partial Bio
In 2005, he recorded his first album: Lakou trankil. The ten songs, except one, are written, composed and arranged by Bélo. They talk of love (god's, mother's, sentimental), unity, respect for one another and call upon listeners to reflect on many social issues. Titles like "Match", "Dioré", "Lov pou Lov"' and "Jasmine" are very solicited in the media stations and are regulars at the radio stations billboards.
Since then, with his talented musicians, Bélo performed in the more important Haitian scenes: « Musique en Folie », Institute Français and Alliances françaises of Haiti, River Festival of Cavaillon, International film Festival of Jacmel, etc. Appreciated for his talent and his personality, BélO become the "darling" of the general public.
In November 2006, he won the Radio RFI contest "Découvertes 2006" after the Haitian Beethova Obas (1988) or the Cost Ivory singer Tiken Jah Fakoly (2000).
Since that, Bélo began his international career with several tours (Europe, West Africa and Canada) and prestigious festivals as "Musiques Métisses" of Angouleme (France), "Francofolies" of Montreal (Canada)

SAN & GRIOT SPIRIT
Album released: 2007 : "San & Griot Spirit" (Self titled)
 After 10 years as a musician, San now presents us with a new face in Haitian music: he is back on the world music scene with a new project : San & GRIOT SPIRIT (The Griot Spirit). Naturally, the name of the project refers to the traditional musicians and poets of Africa. It also comes within the scope of Haitian native art and to the roots of the Haitian culture.
San (Griot Spirit) has been on stage with Bélo and Boukman Eksperyans in Haïti and at the World Café Live in Philadelphia and at Club Balattou in Montreal; with Emeline Michel, Luck Mervil and Beethova Obas at the Broward Community College in Fort Lauderdale, as well as at the French Institute in Haiti and at Fondation Konesans ak Libetè (FOKAL).

"Feet of Rhythm" To Perform in Belgium
[Showbiz News Wire] Brussels - Feet of Rhythm, a New York based dance company led by Nadia Dieudonné has been invited to perform in Belgium this summer at the Edegem International Festival and Dendermonde Dance Festival. More than twenty members of the Feet of Rhythm Dance Company will travel to Belgium in August for a one-month tour, where the company will perform as the only Haiti's representative at the two major international dance festivals. The Edegem opening night gala celebration, will feature performing stars of France, Mexico, Germany and will be aired on national Belgium Television. In addition to visiting Brussels, the Feet of Rhythm dancers will have the opportunity to travel to Bulgaria and give additional presentations ad the Tornovo Dance Festival..
