However, this discipline involves individuals and their health, so there are additional competencies in Human Capital Engagement and Individual Readiness for Change that are critical to success. This presentation reviews the analytical and human engagement activities of best practice Population Health Risk Managers.
Mr. Mancuso has been the Managing Director of the GBS Healthcare Practice Group since 2005. The practice group serves over 200 hospitals, 70 Long Term Care organizations and 1,000 physician groups and other healthcare services clients.
