Successful Events at United Way of Adams County

"Give it up for Good" a Huge Success!

This year's 6th annual Give it up for Good sale raised over $16,000.  Give it up for Vickie Corbett who did a fantastic event coordinating this unbeleivable event.

The annual Postal Food Drive on May 9th was a huge success, raising almost 8000 pounds of food!

UWAC R2L coordinator, Judi Reuwer and Representative William Tallman recently visited Little Life Enrichment Center in New Oxford.  Director Clark Agapakis and parents of enrolled students spoke about the importance of continuing state and federal funding for OCDEL programs such as PA Pre-K Counts, Child Care Works and Keystone STARS.  Pictured:  Rep. Tallman reading to students in one of the center's preschool classrooms.
