As you travel throughout the Mahoning Valley, you may have noticed the addition of a dozen goal thermometers on street corners this past month.  These thermometers gauge the progress of our 2009 Campaign Goal of $2.5 million.

Special thanks goes to Tony DiTommaso, Carpenters LU 171, who not only built all 12 of the thermometers but played an instrumental role in organizing the inaugural project.  The thermometers were put up as a project for our 12th annual Day of Caring on September 11th.  Assisting Tony were Rabb Marinelli, Plumbers & Pipefitters LU 396; and UAW Local 1112 Community Service Committee.
