The construction phase on the new clinic is almost complete. It has been a wonderful journey of discovering how kind people are! 

 

I feel a deep, heartfelt sense of gratitude to the many friends contributing so freely of their time, energy and insight to get the clinic and teaching space up and running.

When I first rented this clinic space I stayed up late organizing the move and construction. During the night I looked out the window and saw a white cat sitting on the opposite side of the road. It looked intently at the clinic for about 5 minutes. It felt like another blessing from 

the Los Gatos felines.

  

 

Open House on Saturday October 15th

  

On Saturday Oct 15th, we will have an Open House with free classes, free mini-treatments, raffle and after-party etc. I will send out details of this shortly. We will use this day also to raise funds for Kiwi. Kiwi is the beautiful three-year old daughter of one of my patients. She has been struggling for a year with perhaps the most dangerous form of pediatric brain cancer.

Acupuncture Treatments  

I am giving acupuncture treatments four days a week. 

My acupuncture sessions will continue to focus on the simultaneous clearing of physical illness and pain, with the elucidation of meaning and purpose in life. If you have an illness or disease, I encourage you to work with me. In 20 years of practice I have been privileged to see many amazing healings. If you are basically well, but want to improve, that's good too, as many of my patients use acupuncture for its preventative medical benefits. We are happy to bill insurance for acupuncture, too.

Each room is positioned and energized to reflect the Chinese Five Elements, with Earth in the middle. Each room is equipped with far-infrared heatlamps, Tibetan salt-crystal lights, aromatherapy diffusers and all the appropriate supplies for acupuncture treatments.

Herbal Medicine Pharmacy  

At the clinic we have a complete Chinese herbal pharmacy to serve the patients' needs.

Qigong is traditional Chinese breathing and moving exercises to heal the body. In China, Qigong has been proven to strengthen the body and drive out disease. With over 30 years of practicing Qigong, I have seen that daily practice of Qigong heals most diseases and disorders. So I want to encourage everybody to practice Qigong!

We now offer six Qigong classes a week in the beautiful classroom space of the clinic. I have listened to the request for afternoon classes and made sure that there are two a week - on Wednesday and Friday.  

  

The Qigong classes are priced as follows:

We will have a session of Spiritual Journey Breathwork every Thursday evening. Many of my patients and students have experienced one-on-one Breathwork sessions. Nei JingA New Nei Jing Class  - to penetrate to the heart of Chinese Medicine

This class is suitable for acupuncturists, acupuncture students and students of Asian healing systems

Victory Clinic

A Free Clinic for Veterans and Trauma Survivors

If you are a veteran, or a trauma survivor, you can come to the clinic for treatment between 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM on Fridays. This is a continuation of the work I did at the Five Branches University Veterans clinic.

Apprenticeship and Externship Program

  

This is a formalization of the learning process for students wanting to apprentice in the clinic. In exchange for observing and assisting  in the clinic, all apprentices are required to take a Qigong class on the day they apprentice. The Qigong sessions and Nei Jing classes are free to apprentices. Spiritual Journey Breathwork sessions and the monthly 3- day Sacred Acupuncture Program costs are reduced significantly. 

The clinical portion of your time can be used to fulfill externship clinical hours at Five Branches University.

Sacred Acupuncture Mastery
 2012 Immersion course

 

  

 

This is a one year course consisting of 3 days a month: a Friday, Saturday and Sunday, for 12 months.

  

 

 

 

The classes and seminars are divided between Qigong, lecture, guided meditation specific to the subject, demonstration of clinical applications and hands-on practice of clinical skills in a clinical setting.  

Between seminars students can listen to the lectures, access written transcripts of the material, and watch videos of demonstrations and Qigong exercises. Qigong and Shen-Gong practices enable daily integration of the material between sessions. There will be four shamanic journeys, one at each of the solstice and equinox months, to deepen contact with the Shen, to release and to heal, and to utilize shamanic, ceremonial and initiation techniques.

  

Open to acupuncture students and acupuncturists.
