WHAT IS SPIRITUAL JOURNEY BREATH-WORK? For millennia, cultures across the world have known
about the healing power of breathing. Not only does it sustain human
life, but it can bring about huge healing benefits if used correctly.
Spiritual Journey Breath-Work is an ancient technique of strong, deep
and rapid breathing.
In
practicing this Breath-Work, the breathing greatly amplifies the flow of the
Qi, the life force energy (prana) through the body. At a certain point
the amplified Qi starts to 'overflow' and open the Shen,
the mental-emotional energy body. When this happens deep healing,
profound personal insight, heightened awareness, and positive life
transformation are all facilitated.
Spiritual Journey Breath-Work brings
about harmony and happiness in the body and mind, dissolving personal
blockages and limiting beliefs, healing past events and unresolved
issues. What the flow cleans from its path and creates, in its essence,
is an open conduit to Spirit.
BENEFITS OF BREATH-WORK:
- insight into behaviors
and feelings - reduced anxiety - reduced stress levels -
heart-felt joy and peace - deep relaxation - resolution of
emotional issues and wounds - feeling more in touch with oneself /
connected - greater self-esteem - improvement in health -
inner peace - development of spiritual awareness
