Meet award-winning chef, National Geographic Fellow, conservationist, and author Barton Seaver, who'll be right here in our shop signing his new book For Cod & Country and serving a selection of recipes from its pages. Joining him will be the book's designer -- his wife, Carrie Anne Seaver.
A portion of the evening's sales will be donated to DC Central Kitchen's Nutrition Lab and to DC Public School Hyde-Addison Elementary's school garden.
