the 9^th annual dc independent film festival. running from march 1^st - 11^th, the festival will feature shorts, animation, documentaries and features by local, national and international filmmakers. among our favorite things about this year's festival: it will be going ?green? by reducing paper use and increasing recycling, and march 8^th features a line-up of woman-made films in honor of international women?s day.
