D.I.A.=>Decide in Advance.
Black Belt Champions know what they want and they decide in advance what actions they are going to take to get it. High achievers predict their future by creating it...everyday.
D.I.A.=>Decide in Advance. Simply meaning to look into your future and decide exactly what you want and what you are willing do to get it.
Achievers know that success isn't a matter of luck, it is a matter of deciding what you want and then going for it. When you decide that you want a life filled with health, wealth and happiness, you take positive action steps and begin to attract all the things that lead you to your dreams.
Author Earl Nightingale says: "Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal."
The more you think about what you want in your future, whether you're looking at tomorrow, the next few weeks or the next few years, the greater chance you have of making your life better.
The more you focus on the Champion you want to be, the more likely you will become that Champion.
Black Belt Champions decide in advance that they are going to achieve greatness in the Martial Arts. Some seek higher levels of skills and ability in combative application, while others seek excellence in their performance skills. Either way, you must decide in advance what you want, and then commit to making it happen.

Bullyproof Your Child for Life
By Rener Gracie
The rise in youth suicides has prompted school administrators to be more proactive in the fight against bullying. But schools can only do so much. Rener Gracie believes "bullyproofing" starts at home. Building on his experience in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, his family business, Rener co-created Gracie Bullyproof, a youth confidence and character development program.
The Gracie Bully Proof principles and techniques are now a key part of what we teach in our Karate Inspiring Confidence in Kids (K.I.C.K.) Program at American Black Belt Academy.
Here, he shares what you can do to ensure that your child never becomes a victim of this pervasive problem.

Enjoy the Process!
By Tim Barchard
You'll always gain a lot more benefit from your health and fitness training regimen if you enjoy the process. The good news is that there are so many positive ways you can train and enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
Do what you love and love what you do.
I truly believe one of the key reasons that I and so many Black Belt Champions are able to stay in top shape year round, is that we absolutely love the process.
Consider all the different ways to get in shape and stay in shape. When you change up your routines and develop favorite workouts, you'll find greater enjoyment in the entire process.
Black Belt fitness focuses on three key areas. Flexibility, strength and endurance, which is a very balanced approach to health and fitness.
If you look at what you are currently doing, a good question to ask yourself is "What do I love the most about my training?"
Whatever your favorite area is, my encouragement is always to do more of what you love and less of what you don't. There may be times we need to do something we don't necessarily love to accomplish a goal. Then we go back to our favorite routines.
Personally, my current favorites are Muay Thai Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu. But I also enjoy going to the gym for additional cardio and strength conditioning.
The good news is I truly enjoy each and don't dislike either.
How about you. What are your favorites?
I hope your seeing great benefit from your training and these articles.
Best of Health, Wealth and Happiness!
