The image above shows how Bluebird lets you highlight a phone number on the lab report and send as SMS to your patient.
SMSes either tell them that their result was normal or asks them to phone your rooms and make an appointment to discuss their lab results.
On iPhones and Windows PCs (with the appropriate set up) there is also an automated dial function, useful for urgent communication.
You can use whatever laboratory you prefer - all results come to the same interface.
