Maundy Thursday Celebration, April 5, 6:00pm
Tomorrow night, April 5, we will have a Seder, the traditional Passover Week Dinner celebrated by the Hebrews since the Exodus. It is the Hebrew Thanksgiving, giving thanks to God for deliverance and redemption. Seder, as the setting for Jesus' Last Supper, was the event Jesus chose to announce The New Covenant. And it was at this Seder that Jesus asked all of us to do this in remembrance of Him.
The Messianic Seder that we celebrate together on Maundy Thursday will give us a small taste of the Hebrew Passover. And by small taste, we literally mean a small taste: hence the dinner. It will be a meaningful and enjoyable experience for the whole family. Childcare will be provided for age 3 and under.
Let us know you're coming and how you can help by signing up in the gathering area.

The purpose of this service of worship is to reflect deeply on the sufferings and death of Christ. Good Friday is called 'good' because of what Jesus' death means for our redemption. At this service, we will enter humbly, worship deeply, and leave quietly with our hearts centered on the suffering of Christ for us and for our salvation.
