Prayer Letter from Taiwan Missionaries, Randy and Janet Adams
Dear Praying Friends,
Christmas is always a good time for Christian outreach in Taiwan. Non-Christians even decorate and will join in Christian festivities. A short term team from Singapore is helping OMF co-workers to do Christmas parties the week before Christmas. They have a program
in the FuMin community Friday, December 24. Please pray that these outreaches will bear fruit for the Kingdom. Please continue to keep Randy and Janet Adams in your prayers as well as the mission of the house church ministry in Taiwan.

Women's Christmas Coffee
Ladies, you are invited to a Christmas Coffee (Open House style) at Amy Crane's home on Saturday, December 11 from 10:00 AM until Noon. If possible, please RSVP to Amy, but feel free to just show up if things work out for you to come. Give Georgia Small a call if you want to help with the food for this event. |

Annual Congregational Meeting Sunday, December 19
Our annual congregational meeting will be Sunday, December 19 after the second service. The purpose of the meeting is the election of officers, the election of the nominating committee, the presentation of the 2011 budget, and a report on a decision made in 2008 regarding women's ordination. |
Children's Christmas Choir
Parents, bring your little angels, ages K-5th, to sing as part of the Children's Christmas Choir this year! We will be learning three carols and presenting them as part of the 7pm service on December 23rd. Rehearsals will follow the 10:45am service on Sundays December 12th and 19th, and on the evening of Wednesday, December 22nd at 6:30pm. It can be a long morning, so prior to the rehearsals on the 12th and 19th, we will provide a snack! Feel free to stick around and sing with us! We will practice for approximately one hour, including the snack time.

Celebrate Christmas at River Community Church
We have two services to choose from, December 23 at 7:00 PM and December 24 at 5:00 PM. You will love the beautiful music and artistry at these traditional "Lessons and Carols" worship services. Childcare for nursery and toddlers will be provided.
Please note: We will have one worship service on Sunday, December 26 at 10:00 AM. Kindergarten and up will not have Sunday School on that day. |

Sermon Discussion/Application Group

You are invited to a sermon discussion/application group on Sundays from 4:30 to 6:00 PM at the church. Please feel free to come when you can - you do not have to commit to every week.
