River Current Aug 2010
A Note from the Bransfords in Thailand

To our faithful supporters -

Thank you for your donations to our ministry!  We are thankful for you and pray for you regularly.  To show our thanks and to give you a visual of what you are supporting, we created a short video for you. It takes about 5 minutes to load, and it's a 3 min. 50 second video showing "What We Do."

New Worship Director Hired

We are happy to announce that Ben Buckley has accepted the job of Worship Director at River. You'll be hearing more about Ben in the weeks to come, but for now we need to help Ben and his fiance Andie (they're getting married September 12) find a place to live. They're moving here from Olympia, Washington so a place with a mountain view would be nice. Seriously, they are looking to rent for a year or so before they buy and, as most newly married couples, they want to spend as little as possible on rent. Another possibility is if someone has a place the newlyweds can live for a few weeks while they look for an apartment themselves. They will be rolling into Prairieville on October 1. Email Dana (dana@rivercommunity.org) if you can to help.
Sermon Discussion Group Each Sunday

Ronnie & Dana Sutton are hosting a sermon discussion group on Sundays from 4:30 to 6:00 PM. Please feel free to come when you can - you do not have to commit to every week. All are welcome. Contact Ronnie for more info: Ron.Sutton@oxbow.com or 335-8006.
