Low per unit price starting at $200. for Commercial General Liability and Property.  Minimum policy premium is $500. 

 

 

 

Commercial General Liability coverage with limits of $1M Occurrence / $2M General Aggregate.

 

 
 

Property provided via the Condominium Commercial-Unit Owners Coverage. Automatic coverages include: 

  • BPP (including I&B) at $25,000. per unit
  • Loss of Rents at $5,000. per unit

HIGHER LIMITS ARE READILY AVAILABLE

 

 

 

Coverage extensions provided as follows: 

  • Lock and Key Replacement at $500. per unit
  • Tenant Relocation Expenses at $750. per unit / $15,000. annual aggregate
  • Loss Assessment Coverage at $2,500. per unit
  • Miscellaneous Real Property coverage at $2,500. per unit
