Paulus Orchards
Greetings!

This is the final weekend for the corn maze, u-pick apples, and u-pick pumpkins.

The corn maze will be open tonight for a flashlight maze, entrance is from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.  Because there has been rain the last two Fridays we are going to extend the flashlight maze.  Friday, November 6th will be the final flashlight maze, so if you haven't had a chance to give it a try you can come tonight or next Friday.  Admission is $7 for ages 3 and older.

The u-pick apples for this weekend will be Fuji and Cameo.  This is the last weekend for u-pick.

U-Pick Pumpkins for Saturday and Sunday - buy one, get one free!  If you've procrastinated and you don't have a pumpkin yet - this weekend is for you!  Or - if you carved your pumpkin way too early and it's sitting in a heap on your porch (like ours...yuck...time for the shovel!) then come get another and carve one again!  Make sure you roast the seeds - my favorite part!!

Starting Monday we will have new hours.  Our November and December hours will be slightly shorter now that the weather is cooler and the daylight hours are shorter.  The hours are: Monday through Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 11-5.  Also, I imagine it won't be long (maybe a couple more weeks - sooner if my employees start turning blue) before we'll need to close the garage doors to keep some heat in the building.  If you pull in and the doors are shut but it's not 5 yet, we're open!  Just use the regular "people" door.  Thanks!!
In the Stand...

Cameo apples are new this week.  That makes sixteen different kinds of apples in the stand for you to choose from!

It's also time to get potatoes... 20 and 50 pound bags of potatoes are available.  We have red skin and white.

Lost and Found
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We're starting to have quite a lost and found collection.  If you're missing something, we might have it.  Everything from sunglasses to gloves to shoes to camera accessories.  We even have a housekey - but that probably doesn't belong to you.  I assume you're in your house reading this and the poor soul without his or her key is sitting on his doorstep wondering how to get back inside.  :)  O.K., so I have a warped sense of humor but I've been working seven days a week for months so my exhaustion has to show somewhere.  ha, ha.
So if you're missing something please give us a call.  Both my kids and employees are calling "dibs" on certain things if they aren't claimed and I'd rather see you get your things back!
Have a Great Week!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
