Greetings!
Many people have been asking for Sun High peaches and Ginger Gold apples. If you are one of those people, you will be happy to know that they are now available and ready for you to take home. If you would like a large amount (more than 2 bushels), we can have it ready for you if you call ahead. Our phone number is 432-2544.
Also new to the stand this week... Reeser's homemade ice cream! Yummy! Don't forget to grab some, it won't last long!

Fun on the Farm Family Weekends
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It's hard to believe, but it's only two weeks away to Fun on the Farm Family Weekends.
Beginning August 30th and continuing every weekend until November 2nd, you can:
-
Explore two different Corn Mazes
-
Relax on a fun wagon ride around the farm
-
Pick apples off the trees
-
Pick a Pumpkin in the Pumpkin Patch (Starting late September)
-
And Play, Play, Play!
The play area has grown this year. Kids and adults alike will love the large black tube slide. There's also a corn shed and thanks to F.A.M.I.L.I.E.S., a local company that builds play structures, you can play on their playground as well. It's sure to be the highlight of your weekend.
Labor Day Weekend Only: All Teachers get Free Admission to the Corn Maze! This is our family's way of saying thanks for all of the hard work that you do. The maze will be open Saturday 9-5, Sunday 11-5, and Labor Day 9-5. If you're a teacher, gather your colleagues and come out for a free day of fun. If you're not a teacher but know a teacher - please spread the word! Just bring your school ID. |
Cancer - You can help us stop it! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Once again, half of all corn maze admissions will be donated to the American Cancer Society for an entire weekend. This year, mark your calendar for September 13th and 14th. The goal is to raise at least $1,000. That means we only need 21 people to go through the maze each hour. Can you help us reach that goal?
PLUS...there will be a raffle all weekend long. Purchase a raffle ticket and drop it in the container next to the item you want to win. One hundred percent of the raffle money will go to the American Cancer Society.
Can you or your business donate something for the raffle? For every "bundle" of goodies that you donate (valued at $20 or more) we will give you one FREE maze ticket. It can be items such as food baskets, toys, or paintings or it can be a service such as photography, cleaning, or landscape work. Are you a local celebrity or do you know a local celebrity? How about a lunch date? Be creative and please let us know by September 6th if you can help. |
