Greetings!
Hope you're having a safe, fun-filled summer and enjoying the 2012 Olympics! Remember to stretch out and keep hydrated during all activities, just like our Olympic athletes, whether it be sports, gardening, walking or working the pummel horse! Keep in mind that the best way to prevent injuries is to maintain a well-balanced, flexible spine -- get checked regularly to keep your body in tip top shape!
