April is Autism Awareness Month! It is always an honor to work with children on the spectrum and their families. This month we have some special events planned!

We will be on vacation from April 26th -May 2nd. We are happy to have an amazing covering doctor for the Smithtown office on April 28th and April 30th, Dr. Dipti Patel.

"The Autism Diet: Gluten Free/Casein Free Living & Cooking For The Most Finicky Eater" is designed to help parents better understand how gluten (wheat grain products) and casein (dairy) cause gastrointestinal distress and affect behavior. Parents and caregivers will learn how to adopt and adhere to a GF/CF lifestyle; how to identify hidden sources of gluten and casein in prepackaged goods; how to make informed decisions concerning diet and nutritional supplements; and how to ensure GF/CF eating when dining out.
