4B - This is an older style open T Hangar facing East with a gravel/asphalt floor and driveway from Golf taxiway. Taxiways were re-paved in October 2010. It has one duplex receptacle of 1 5 amps, 120 Volt. The square footage is 841. It is 40 feet wide. The taxes were $106 in 2010. The ground lease rate is currently $1.60 per square foot. Hangar liability insurance is $225 per year. A signed Ground Lease with the Brampton Flying Club is required in addition to BFC membership. Asking $29,500 plus HST. Offers will be accepted until Monday, January 31, 2011.  50E & J - These hangars may be purchased together or individually. At the present time there is not a wall separating the two hangars. BFC will build a separation wall, if required. The hangars were built in 2000. Each hangar is 50 feet wide by 35 feet deep, for a total of 1750 square feet or 3500 square feet for both. New Aircraft Hangar Development
Brampton Flying Club (BFC) is planning to build a row of new hangars on the airport this year by our preferred builder B & A Welding.
A number of people have expressed interest in purchasing. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss requirements and decide what type of units will be built and to review BFC requirements for membership and ground lease. It takes about 3 months for hangar doors to be constructed.
The meeting is scheduled for Sunday, January 30 at 13:00 in the Caledon Room of the Wings Flight Grille.
