PPT VISION at Both the Robot & Vision and the NPE Plastics Show
Two June trade shows in Chicago
PPT Vision exhibited at the
International Robots, Vision and Motion
Control Show June 9-11 in Rosemount (Chicago)
IL. Despite the current economic situation
the show was quite busy with a high level of
customer and vendor activity. PPT VISION
demonstrated a
perpetual motion
green demo and conducted twice
daily seminars (10AM and
2PM) attracting significant interest.
PPT VISION exhibited for the first time at the
NPE plastics show at McCormick Place
[Chicago, IL] June 22-26. Our
interactive SENTINEL mold inspection
demonstration showing how companies can save
money with a solution powered by PPT VISION
generated a great deal of interest.

Capitalize on Soon to Be Discontinued Cameras
PPT VISION launches new campaign reaching out to discontinued camera customers
Cognex® announced that effective July 1 many
popular smart cameras will be moved to the
NINA (not
intended for new applications) list.
This is causing a considerable amount of
unrest among many of their end users who are
concerned that they may lose specific
features that these cameras provide.
Attached is a list of these
features and how the PPT IMPACT platform
delivers these
features.
ROI; Only Vision Geeks Think This Means Region of Interest
Clearly calculate the PPT VISION value proposition
PPT VISION partners often refer to "Region of
Interest" (ROI) when discussing an IMPACT
inspection program with engineers and other
technical buyers. But it is critical to
understand that economic buyers need to
clearly know what is their ROI (return on
investment) when purchasing IMPACT cameras.
In today's economic environment, it is only
plausible for economic decision makers to
sign a purchase order where the ROI comes in a
matter of months. The good
news is that IMPACT machine vision solutions
almost always deliver a quick ROI. Use PPT
VISIONs
ROI calculator and deftly
layout savings on damaged equipment,
operation downtime, scrap and most
importantly preventing lost customers that
PPT VISION delivers.
