SENTINEL is a comprehensive
mold protection and inspection solution by PPT
VISION that detects
molding process problems and prevent expensive
crashes. SENTINEL is powered by a customized
software solution that is designed to specifically
address the needs of the injection molding
community, in conjunction with our IMPACT series of
intelligent cameras. This turn-key solution
supports up to four cameras and comes with a
pre-configured, step by step, user friendly software

tooling through every step of the molding process
from flow detection, part ejection, and pin retraction, to
