Georgetown ready for Colony status

DC Elders $2000 matching grant challenge!

Tomorrow, April 30th is the LAST DAY for DC Elder Donations to count towards the generous $2000 Matching grant offered by Adm. Carey.  WE HAVE A WAYS TO GO TO GET THERE!

We all know that the Washington Scholars Fellowship Program (WSFP) is the best Leadership experience we can offer an undergraduate.  There is nothing more central to Zeta Psi than our ability as elders to come together and give our younger brothers as an unparalleled a career-enhancing opportunity as this.

Let's not leave any of this generous grant 'on the table' - This is a great incentive to us all to make our own gifts go further!  Please CLICK HERE to make a tax-deductible gift of $50, $100, or more to the WSFP TODAY, and take Admiral Carey up on his matching grant challenge!

Tomorrow is the LAST DAY to meet this challenge, but together, we can do it!  CLICK HERE TODAY!

Georgetown ready for Colony status!

GTown
Our Georgetown group has reached a critical milestone - 20 men!  The group has inducted their 2nd and 3rd pledge classes this past weekend (marking the end of pledging, but not an actual initiation) .  The group now has enought men on its roster to request Colony status at the 161st Convention in Montreal this August; a request we are confident will be greanted.

From there, they will need to recruit at least 10 more men this Fall to reach 30 by the end of the semester.  They will also need to continue to operate more and more like a fully-functioning chapter - under the watchful eye of our team of alumni advisors.

If they achieve the necessary milestones this Fall, they will be eligible for chartering this spring - cooinciding with our 5th Annual DC Elders Formal on Saturday, Marhc 7th, 2009

Success breeds success, and we are on a roll!
