Chapter Phi Selected for the elite Washington Scholars Program in DC!

Ross Kazer, our Chapter Phi and the active whose leadership has driven our rebirth has been selected to participate in the Washington Scholars Fellowship Program (WSFP) this Summer!  WSFP is the premiere leadership program in the fraternity world, and one of the best in Washington DC - an unparalleled experience that gives interns more in one summer then they get from four years of college!

Ross was selected from a highly competitive pool of 75+ candidates for only 24 spots, beating out applicants from many Ivy-league schools, a great achievement.  Past Washington Scholar (and current Beta Pi) Matt Davies and I were both happy to support his candidacy, and are thrilled to see another YM Zete offered this experience.

So far we've focused on setting goals for the Chapter and tracking their (so far) successful progress.  Here, we have a unique opportunity to truly make a difference in the life of a Brother and offer him the opportunity of a lifetime.  I AM ASKING ALL OF YOU TO HELP MAKE THIS POSSIBLE.  Each Washington Scholar costs $4000 in housing and scholarship, and I hope we Alumni to come together to cover $3000 of Ross's internship (the WSFP will cover the rest).

Eight years ago, we came together in a big way and raised $10,000, most of it in a single month, to pay off our chapter debt.  I know I can count on all of you to help with this much smaller, and much more important, effort.  PLEASE CLICK HERE to contribute to the WSFP and support Ross in this amazing opportunity!
