Upsilon Mu Update
Old phi picWorking together, the active and elder chapters have achieved amazing results!
 

STRATEGIC PLANNING.  By focusing on a comprehensive, values based strategic plan they developed on their own, the actives have been able to focus their efforts, set goals, and ACHIEVE RESULTS!  In 4 months we've gone from a dead chapter to 16 fully-engaged, dues paying actives committed and driven to succeed.  As the Actives continue their strategic plan based growth over the next four semester, we can be confident that they are on the right path, and that what we support is a Zeta Psi we can be proud of!

 
ROLLING RECRUITMENT.  Having more than doubled in size last semester, the actives continue to use the highly successful 'Rolling Recruitment' method to achieve their goals.  This semester, the chapter intends to initiate at least 9 more brothers to bring the Chapter to 25 by semesters end!  It's an ambitious goal, but one the actives are committed to, and capable of achieving!
 
FOUNDERS DAY - Saturday April 26.  Save the date and plan to join the celebration of the rebirth of our Chapter.  We'll be electing new officers, approving new BY-laws, announcing the creation of the Upsilon Mu Educational Fund, and giving out our two annual awards - and having a great time at Charlies and elsewhere as we celebrate our 33rd Anniversary!
