"I CAN'T MAKE THE MEETING, BUT WANT TO HELP"

If you can't attend tomorrow but would like to be involved, YOU CAN.  Let us know which committee you can help with.

You can also support our chapter the old fashioned way with financial support.  Take a moment to sign up for our $10/month auto debit campaign - $10 each month is negligible to us individually, would you really miss that small amount each month?  But combined it has a big impact and is the best way to support the chapter.  Click here to sign-up (or to make a one time donation).

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT.
Rebuilding our Alumni Board
Old phi pic
Working together as a team, we can achieve tremendous results that we could never achieve otherwise!

2-3 hours a month.  That's all it takes to be involved!  we need Brothers to serve on committees that meet in person or by phone/email everymonth or two and manage one small area of Alumni operations.  The chair of each committee will serve on the Board - maybe 1-2 more hours a month at most!  For all the fun, good times, great expereince, and unmatched benefit we got from Zeta Psi, is 2-3 or even 5 hours a month really that much?

Officers and Committees.
To keep each person's service small and simple, and meet the needs of the Chapter, we are going to build a BIG Board - 12 alumni and an undergrad rep (the Phi).  Every Board member will chair one committee to manage that specific task with 2 non-board alumni volunteers.

The Elder President will Chair the Nominations Committee (of past Elder Presidents) and the Executive Committee which will consist of (with Committee Chairmanship) the VP (Discipline), Secretary (Communications), and Treasurer (Finance & Fundraising).

We will elect four other officers for certain committeesa as well - a Delta (Chapter Property - paddles and composites), Alpha Sigma (Bylaws), Sigma Rho (Ritual - education & regalia), and Beta Pi (Active Chapter Oversight).  These four officers/committee chairmen will report up to the VP on their efforts to bring to Executive meetings.

The four remaining Board members will chair committees on Scholarship & Awards, Homecoming & Founders Day Events, Member Education & Mentoring, and Housing Options.  These four board members/committee chairman wil report up to the Secretary.

Little work, many workers.  This is an ambitious approach - 12 Board members and some 20 additional Committeemen .  BUT, this keeps each person's service small and simple, meet the needs of the Chapter, and makes it FUN to be involved!

HELP MAKE THIS HAPPEN - BE INVOLVED!
