Zete alumni Graham Little with Canadian Prime Minister & New Brunswick Premier! |
 |
A special round of snaps to Brother Graham Little, of
the New Brunswick Chapter and a Zeta Psi
Washington Scholars graduate who recently met with
Steve Harper, Prime Minister of Canada, and the
Premier of New Brunswick, where Graham is putting
his DC-based leadership training to great work! From
Graham:
“They invited me to come meet the Prime Minister at
the airport and travel with him and the Premier to
Saint John (a city about an hour away) for an
announcement he was making. When we reached
our destination they took me to the floor of the hotel
that had been blocked off for the PM and the
Premier. I was able to hang out in his room for a
while and chat with his staff. After the
announcement they put me in a back meeting room
so I could chat with him. I was only able to talk for a
few minutes before his staff moved him along, but
managed to get a great photo of the Prime Minister,
the Premier of New Brunswick, and myself."
"It was a really great day for me. To add to it all I
realized that some of his staff looked very familiar,
and found out that I had met them at the Leadership
Institute when Mark Williams (another Zeta Psi
Washington Scholar) and I had attended the
Grassroots Activism School. We exchanged
information and now I have an 'in' at the Prime
Ministers Office. It just goes to show you how
beneficial my time in DC was as it is paying off here
in Canada now.”

Theta Xi celebrates its 127th Annual Chapter Day!
From Sim Brigden, Sigma of the Toronto Elders:
“Here is a pic of the brothers of Theta Xi in
Toronto, sucking back gallons of wine and enjoying a
gourmet dinner prepared by Bro. Chef Corey
Shirley ’90 and hosted by the new Active Phi, Robbie
Mastromatteo ’03. Some 40 brothers attended and
the event was a great tribute to Zeta Psi’s first
International Chapter.”
And coming up on Saturday, May 6th 2006, The
Theta Xi Zete’s will be hosting their Spring Formal,
with many more pictures to come!
