American Repertory Ballet (ARB) is a classical and contemporary ballet company committed to presenting classic works of the 19th and 20th century alongside new and existing dances by choreographers from today. ARB's dancers are known for their versatility and powerful artistry. The company has been under the artistic leadership of Douglas Martin since 2010. Mr. Martin is a former principal dancer with the Joffrey Ballet and has been with American Repertory Ballet since 1993 as a dancer, teacher and ballet master .

Princeton Ballet School, the official school of the American Repertory Ballet, has gained a national reputation for its excellent dance training since its founding in 1954 by Audrée Estey. ARB's Princeton Ballet School offers the atmosphere and training suitable for prospective professional artists as well as casual dance students.

ARB's Access and Enrichment programs provides students with access to impactful dance opportunities through Master Classes, Workshops, Residencies, Assemblies and Professional Development activities. ARB's cornerstone program is DANCE POWER, a 25-year partnership with the New Brunswick Board of Education that provides dance classes to all third grade public school students in the district.
