I love Thanksgiving time so very much. Giving thanks is one of my favorite ways to pick myself up. If ever I am feeling low I stop and take note of what I'm thinking. Then I put my attention on something I love. When I do this, my feeling lifts. I appreciate my life, my home, my art, my family and friends, and all of you whose lives I am blessed to touch with my Heartful Art. Thank you so much for being with me on this journey.

Last weekend I was in Tampa with Louise Hay, Marianne Williamson, Wayne Dyer, Cheryl Richardson, and other inspirational leaders at the I Can Do It! Conference. Of the many insights I came away with, three things stand out: the importance of loving ourselves (and looking in the mirror and saying so), the need for cooperation among all of us on the planet today, and the usefulness of forgiveness in our health and well-being. You will be seeing the impact of this inspiring experience reflected in my art in coming months.
