Valentine's Day is a special day for lovers of all ages. Our recipe for helping you celebrate this romantic holiday is to mix one part technique with two parts food and presentation. Garnish with hospitality, then serve and voila, the French joie de vivre for this special Valentine celebration.
We have a fun time planned, as we celebrate together and create a little steam in "a cuisine" under the direction of one of our Executive Chefs. Our Valentine menus were created for this occasion and will not be repeated as they are not part of the series of classes. Don't miss out on this opportunity to create some wonderful memories, learn some new techniques AND eat some delicious food with other like minded romantics.

Please be our guest Thursday February 9, or Saturday February 11, or Tuesday February 14 for these romantic hands-on cooking class being held in "la cuisine" of our Auberge, French Country Inn. So don't hold back. This is your time. Make the most of it!
