Salut A Tous!

Please be our guest this Summer...and attend one of our two cooking classes in August on 22nd. (Sunday) 1:00-7:00 and the other on the 28th. Saturday 3:00-9:00.  We start promptly on time with a Vin Mousseaux reception and then once we have finished creating our meal, we will linger at the table in fellowship till we've finished and told all of our stories.

We still have openings in both of the classes...however; staying at the Inn in conjunction with the classes is quickly filling up.  It is best to call and check in with us on availability.

Our menu is changed and created monthly based on the month's seasonal menu theme.  When you take our classes you can fulfill your wish to become a gourmet chef or indulge your fantasy of learning to make dishes not readily available elsewhere.  You not only will learn by watching the Chef demonstrate techniques, but then you will be the one applying these techniques and cooking the dinner yourself as these classes are all hands-on cooking classes.

Bon Appetit!
