Still More To Come
Celebrate Washington Wine Month
Alsace
Bonjour Mes Amis:

Please be our guest... at one of these food and wine events coming up the last two weekends of March.  We've got a wine tasting event this Friday night, the very next day a French Regional Cooking Class from Alsace and then the next weekend on Saturday another French Regional Cooking Class from Provence.

The Wine Tasting will have some of the best expressions of Washington Wines available, (after all this is Washington Wine month), the menu from Alsace is a traditional Alsatian "Choucroute", and then the menu from Provence will blow you away with the flavors and smells produced from this garlic filled menu.

On March 19nth, Auberge will be joining in the celebration with an evening of Washington wine, food and conversation. Please join us in the celebration.

Wine Spectator's prestigious Top 100, a list of the best wines of the year from around the world, has awarded a Washington State wine the number one spot for the first time. Washington State also received more spots on the list than in any year past. In total, nine wines from Washington made the Top 100.

The event comes with lots of delectable French hors d'oeuvres hand crafted by Auberge de Seattle, a French Country Inn and Specialty Cooking School nestled in the Woodinville Wine Country.
