Prepare three French hors d'oeuvres per class and sit down with wine to enjoy.  Look forward to learning how to prepare Savory Herbed Crepes with smoked salmon, Tarte Flambee, Onion Tarte and nine more recipes. Class instructed by Chef Robert Houot.  All menus can be seen on

Being a Mortgage Banker by trade my culinary training has been learnt via hands-on experience and just a plain passion to cook!  After years of experiencing sub par dining and disappointing presentations at high prices I decided to take the challenge on myself.  Some of my favorite main entrees include Baked Sea Bass in Chardonnay reduction, stuffed Pork Chops with Sage and Gorgonzola, Seared Filet Mignon with Goat Cheese and Balsamic reduction and of course baked Oysters in shallot and leek reduction.
