End of Summer Dinner Class!

Bonjour!

The end of summer dinner class is this coming weekend. We are committed to featuring renowned selected chefs who will teach world class French cuisine centered around the freshest of seasonal bounty available in the Pacific Northwest.


You will learn first hand how to prepare recipes (this is a hands on class) and then enjoy the fruits of your labor. Come, be our guest. You will have fun, and perhaps learn something new to enchant guests at your next dinner party. Join us on August 26, 2006 3:00-9:00= 6 hrs.

Master Chef Andre Mercier will be teaching this class. Andre is best know as the French Chef who turned down the job at the White House. In addition, he was the personal chef to noted vintner Robert Mondavi, providing gourmet meals for the wine elite of the world.
